  • Built a 3-year financial model grounded in market research. Surfaced critical constraints — card production costs, streaming/infrastructure costs, and viral growth dependency.
  • Defined target personas — indie labels and emerging artists. Built a database of prospects, created consistent outreach messaging (PDFs, videos). Implemented CRM and trained team to own it going forward.
